New development and innovation from VISEC: over the last few months, research has been carried out into a new solution for high dosing volumes and flow rates. The result is impressive and is further proof of VISEC's innovative strength. In a very short space of time, products have been developed in the area of core components for progressive cavity dispensers that guarantee high flow rates while at the same time having a compact and weight-saving design. A perfectly harmonised dosing geometry in the rotor and stator area guarantees maximum precision and dosing accuracy as well as perfect repeatability of the dosing results at these high flow rates and dosing volumes. The rotor and stator of size 3R25 with approx. 24 ml per revolution can be used for dosing applications as well as for drum emptying pumps. The components are also ideally suited for integration into feeding or preparation systems in order to convey materials perfectly to the actual dosing system.
The innovative and sophisticated design of the stator enables dosing pressures of up to 60 bar to be achieved while ensuring reliable dosing processes. Together with the core components (rotor and stator), VISEC also offers the appropriate shaft sealing rings, which ensure perfect separation between the wetted and non-wetted pump sides.
In terms of dosing accuracy, repeatability and precision, the latest VISEC developments make no compromises and offer the same outstanding results. VISEC also offers the usual high-quality and innovative variants of elastomers in the stator.
